Introducing Austin!!!

So everyone who knows me knows I LOVE babies! But this one is super special. First off his mom is my high school friend/college roommate! And his big sister is my all star model Miss Madison. But also I was privileged to get to stay with them for his first full week and home and help mom take care of him. His daddy works nights and since mom had a c-section and was not supposed to be lifting much of anything..."aunt Karla" stepped in. Talk about bonding with a baby! I miss this little one so much! My plan when I went was to take all kinds of cute pictures of him....ummm yeah so taking care of a newborn AND a 2 year old doesn't really leave that much free 'play' time! But the last night I was there we did get in a photo-shoot of sorts and here are my favorites of the cutest little newborn this year!

His room is done in 'sports' so I just had to steal this super cute idea from Brooke Kelly my favorite photographer! :)

Big sister was not to interested in pictures of herself with or without baby brother but I did sneak this one and I love it!

Yeah I am totally in love with him!!! Many more pictures will follow this year I am sure...



Miller Time

No this post is not about Beer!! It's about my BFF Jen and her precious little family. She asked me a long time ago if I would do some Christmas pictures so she could make cards this year and of course I was super excited...and then we both forgot about them!! So 2 days before she was set to leave for Christmas we did an emergency shoot, I stayed up all night editing and the results are super incredible if I do say so myself...Hope you and your family loved them Jen!

Family Christmas

So my gorgeous friend Allison asked me to join her family Christmas celebration this year to get some group pictures. Unfortunately not ALL of the family could make it, but a large crowd was there and they wanted to preserve the memories. It was so much fun to meet her family and see the friendship and silliness and LOVE that they all share! I am sorry I was not able to stay for dinner but hope you all love the pictures.

It's Autumn at Christmas!

So I think that most of you who view this blog are facebook friends and so you probably have already seen LOTS of pictures of this little angel. Her Daddy is stationed over-sees right now, so my priority was getting the pictures up and available to him ASAP!! I can't imagine being gone from my family over Christmas...especially when your family includes a brand new beautiful baby girl. So although you may have already seen...INTRODUCING

Opryland Family Christmas

So a few months ago my friend Allison introduced me to yet another beautiful friend, Lesley, and I was so excited when she contacted me about some Christmas family pictures. We went to the newly re-opened Opryland Hotel, which is beautiful as ever and had a blast doing these pictures. I was a little nervous about shooting her son b/c he had never met me so I thought he might be shy...ummm no problem. That kid is a born model!! He was awesome for 2 whole hours! I love all the pictures...here is a small taste - hope you guys love them!
